Hello everyone,

I finished my mystery socks over a week ago. I'm very picky about my socks so I did my favorite toe and heel but kept the Leaves of Grass lace pattern.

The yarn is Spunky Eclectic Super Sock yarn in Green Gables.

All my posts about the socks can be found here.

There is also a photo gallery.

I'm interested to see everyone else's Leaves of Grass.

  • Okay, I'm seriously loving those! What kind of heel did you use (since you seem to be hole-free)? Really beautiful work!

  • They look great! I'm using the Leaves of Grass pattern too and just got started on mine this week.

  • I love your socks! I wish I would've picked that pattern. I also love your yarn. I 'm a spunky fiber club member so I know how great her stuff is. I have some of her sock yarn in Buggin'. Your socks make me want to use it, but alas I already have four pairs of socks on my needles!

  • I made the heel the same way it's made in Anna Bell's Elfine socks. Those were the last pair of socks I made and I found that that heel worked a lot better than the heels I was doing before.

To get rid of the little hole I picked up two extra stitches in that little corner after completing the heel. I read that trick on someone's knitting blog, I wish I could remember whose.
