I am having trouble finding a pattern that is done on 2 circulars for a larger calf. I got about 4" done on a nice pattern but it was way too narrow so I frogged and added an amount of extra stitches to do the pattern and they are way too big! I have to frog them too. Any suggestions for larger calf size 8 1/2 wide foot?

TIA <><

  • Well, I haven't seen anything without a picture, but here's a link to a sock calculator that adds calf shaping. Okay, I found another pattern link and a Grumperina entry that you might be able to use to help you incorporate calf shaping into whatever pattern you're wanting to knit. Good luck!
