I've finished one of Viv's Lacy Socks, and it seems to have turned out reasonably well. I have to say, after seeing pictures of the Aran Braid socks, I almost wish I'd done those instead!
The pattern is relatively simple, although the first read-through was a little confusing. I changed the heel to make it a reinforced heel, but I did keep the toe. It's quite possibly the longest toe I've ever knit - I think I prefer a shorter one. All in all, a cute little pattern, but probably not memorable enough to make a second pair from.

I really like the lacy-ness, but, yes that does look like the longest toe ever knit . . . wow. :)

I like them. The yarn is pretty and shows off the lacy pattern. I'd make them - with less ribbing and a shorter toe! :)
